3300V Single Channel Off-Module Gate Drive - AD00XA8
The 3300V Single Channel Off-module Gate Drive is compatible with many IGBT modules particularly those in a 190x140mm or 140x130mm high-power module (HPM) package. It is also suitable for driving 1700V IGBTs.

- Monitors all power rails for safe start up with IGBT held off
- Active clamp for overvoltage detection
- Two or three level mode operation
- di/dt protection if cable to power emitter is used (not required)
The gate drive is suitable for a wide variety of applications such as traction, wind energy and medium voltage motor drives. Mechanically compatible with third party solutions it can be used for retrofit or as a second source.
